Program Overview
- Duration: 440 hours
- Format:
- Instructor Guided: 200 hours online + 120-hours of lab
- 120-hours of externship
- Course Objectives:
- Master Administrative and Clinical Responsibilities
- Learn to manage front office operations including scheduling, patient intake, documentation, and billing procedures.
- Understand Medical Terminology and Anatomy
- Build a strong foundation in medical language and human body systems to communicate effectively and understand patient needs.
- Perform Clinical Skills Safely and Accurately
- Gain hands-on training in vital signs, injections, specimen collection, and assisting with patient exams and procedures.
- Promote Patient Safety and Compliance
- Understand HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards to ensure safe, ethical, and high-quality care
- Grading:
- Quizzes and Final cannot be reset. Ensure you are fully prepared and in a quiet and distraction free environment prior to starting.
- You must earn an overall grade of at least 75% in order to pass the online portion.
