If you are paying late fees, you may use this Stripe link. For each date, the agreed-upon payment is late, a student is liable for a flat fee of $20.00 a day until payment is caught up. If you are paying for multiple late days, change the number of days you pay late fees to ensure you are paid in full.
If you are paying for make-up days, you may use this Stripe link. For every make-up day, a student is liable for a flat fee of $50.00 per day. If you are paying for multiple make-up days, change the number of days you pay make-up day fees to ensure you are paid in full.
If you are paying for hourly private instructor tutoring, you may use this Stripe link. A student is liable for a flat fee of $40.00 per hour for every private tutoring session. If you are paying for multiple hours, change the number of hours to ensure you are paid in full.

You can find your enrollment documents in your Dashboard once you have purchased a program. If your enrollment documents are not populating in your dashboard properly, you may use the following link to fill our your enrollment documents: Enrollment Document
Transcripts: Once students have completed their program and have received their final grades, they can get their transcripts. Every student is subject to 2 free transcripts. Contact the WMTC office to order yours today.
Certificates: At the end of every WMTC program, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. If you are taking a self-paced online course, you may download your certificate once you complete all program requirements. If you are taking a hybrid program, you will receive your certificate in person on the last day of your lab. If you are taking a fully in-person program, you will receive your certificate on campus on the day of your licensing exam.
If a student has lost or damaged their Certificate of Completion and would like a replacement, there is a $20.00 reprint and administrative fee. Contact the WMTC office to order yours today. Students who would like their transcript sent directly to them may be subject to the shipping fee.
