Program Description

Our Medical Office Assistant Program is a fully online, self-paced  program split up into four components that take approximately 3 months to complete. With our curriculum, once a student completes their program, they are then eligible to sit for the NCCT national certification exam for Medical Office Assistant. This course does not have an in-person lab component or externship. Textbook not included.

What is a MOA?

Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) are vital to the smooth operation of medical offices, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. They manage front office tasks, support patient care by scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, handling insurance claims, and ensuring effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
