We keep it simple. Both options are managed directly by WMTC with zero interest and zero credit check. Effective 10/1/2026, all tuition must be paid in full before your cohort start date. Online-only students are required to pay in full at enrollment.

50/50 Payment Plan
Split your tuition into two equal payments.
Pay 50% of your tuition to reserve your seat and gain immediate access to your student portal. The remaining 50% must be paid in full before your cohort start date to be confirmed as enrolled and eligible to begin class.
Effective October 1, 2026: Students are welcome to utilize the 50/50 payment option with the understanding that all tuition accounts must be paid in full prior to starting their chosen cohort date. Online-only students are not eligible for payment plans — full tuition is required at enrollment.

How the 50/50 Plan Works
Your first payment of 50% reserves your seat and gives you immediate access to your student portal, orientation materials, and program resources. Your account will show as Registered. Once your second payment is received and your tuition account is paid in full — which must happen before your cohort start date — your status is automatically updated to Enrolled and your "Paid in Full" checklist item is marked complete.
Note: Students whose tuition is not paid in full by their cohort start date will not be permitted to begin class until the balance is cleared. Our admissions team will reach out in advance to help you stay on track. Online-only students are not eligible for the 50/50 payment plan — full tuition is due at enrollment.

Sponsored by a workforce agency, employer, or community organization? WMTC works directly with MOU partner agencies including MAAC, IRC, SDHC, and others. Your enrollment will be processed as pending agency confirmation — no payment required from you at enrollment.
