Scrubs & Uniforms
WMTC partners with ACE Uniforms for all student scrubs and clinical attire. Here's everything you need to know about the ordering process.
How the Ordering Process Works
WMTC submits your information to ACE
Prior to your cohort starting, the WMTC Administrative Team Member sends ACE Uniforms your name, email address, and phone number.
ACE sends your login credentials
Within 48–72 hours, ACE Uniforms sends your Username and Password to the WMTC Administrative Team Member.
You receive your credentials by email
The WMTC Administrative Team Member forwards your credentials to you. Use them to log in to the ACE Uniforms portal and order online, or bring them in-store to order in person.
Order your scrubs & pick them up
Place your order online or in-store. ACE Uniforms will contact you by email when your scrubs are ready — typically 1–2 weeks. Check your junk/spam folder for the pickup notification.
Important Notes
- You can get fitted before receiving your credentials — just know that you cannot place your order until you have your login.
- Pick up your scrubs when ready. Check your junk/spam folder — ACE will email you when your order is available.
- Pharmacy Tech & EKG Tech students receive a scrub top only. Scrub pants are available at 10% off.
- All scrub concerns should be directed to the WMTC Administrative Team Member — not your instructor.
