I am not one to write reviews but this program changed my grandsons life. I am the grandma of student who attended the Western Medical Training Center. I thought he would have struggles. And I am here to say we have seen a different side of him we never through we would see. He has the confidence of a man with a path ahead of him now. I give Ms Jasmine her props for the way she carries herself.

My son says Jasmine’s loves her students and wants them all to succeed. The lab class were my grandsons worries not anymore. Jasmine classes show ed my grandson how good he could be and alway made him comfortable with assignments and to go over an over teaching to him where he said “I finally get it “because of ms. Jasmine’s help. She’s an exceptional teacher that knows her job and makes you know you will succeed and be prepared for anything that comes your way. We don’t find people like Jasmine who loves her work and students.

Anyone struggling or has thought how you will be treated. Don’t be. Go to Western Medical Training and ask for Jasmine. She is the most caring teacher. he did it. Western Medical Training Center is an Amazing School. I went for the Medical Assistant Program and it was fantastic. This school has a morning and evening classes for the Medical Assistant program. Morning classes are Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and in the evenings from 4 p.m. -8 p.m. If you have the morning class you're going to have Jasmine as your instructor. She will be there for you every step of the way and help you with whatever you're struggling with. Jasmine is very nice and caring about her students. The school helps with anything you need such as, payment plans if you need it, help building your resume, they help you find externships for Medical Assistant, and assist students find job offers through indeed and ZipRecruiter. This school provides you with everything you need. You can rely on Damien and Kelly for any questions you have about the school. They have other programs like Pharmacy Technician and online programs such as Medical Coding and Billing, EKG, and Front Office Medical Assistant. This school you'll be finished with Clinical Medical Assisting twice as fast and not deal with any student loans. The only thing you have to ask is when do I start?

I had a great experience in the Medical Assistant program at Western Medical Training Center. This program helped me grow so much, both academically and personally, and really prepared me for the medical field. I especially want to give a huge thank you to my instructor, Jasmine. She was truly amazing. She is so kind, patient, and supportive, and she really cares about her students. I’m more of a hands-on learner, and she always made sure I understood the material by giving extra help and practical experience when I needed it. She explained the curriculum in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel discouraged for asking questions. Jasmine is honestly one of the best teachers I’ve ever had, and she made this program even more enjoyable and motivating. I’m very grateful for everything I learned and would definitely recommend Western Medical Training Center to anyone interested in becoming a Medical Assistant.

I had a great experience at Western Medical! The program gave me all the tools I needed to succeed. The first half of the program was online with Stefan and Karina who were great. Karina helped me with my resume after the first part of the class was over and helped me find my externship. A special thank you to my instructor, Dulce, she was truly one of the highlights of the course. I had her during the second half of the program in person. This was where we were doing hands on learning with injections, blood draws, finger pricks, etc.. She was knowledgeable, funny, patient and always made sure we understood the material. Dulce guided us through the entire process and made sure we were prepared for our externships. I feel confident from what she taught us and definitely will be using the tips and tricks she shared with us. I used MYCAA to attend as my husband is a marine so I attended on a scholarship. I would absolutely recommend this school to anyone pursuing a career in medical assisting.

I just completed my CNA program and took the state exam today. I passed thanks to Karen she was a good teacher and made sure we were really prepared for it. I did the 44 day evening program because it fit my schedule to go 4-8pm. Everyone at school was nice and helpful and I learned a lot. I will be back in the future to do RNA and HHA.

FREE public parking daily until 6:00 PM at the Balboa Park lot located just east of Sixth Avenue.

Free Parking hours vary. Please plan accordingly.

How to Find Free Parking
  1. Enter the parking lot off Balboa Drive (see map below with blue “P”).
  2. After parking, walk west across the grass and path toward Sixth Avenue.
  3. Cross Sixth Avenue and continue one block to the red X building (our campus).

From I-5 North or South:

  • Take the Pershing Drive exit or 6th Avenue exit.
  • Follow signs for Downtown/Balboa Park and head south on Sixth Avenue.
  • Turn left on Elm St — campus is located at corner of Elm & Sixth.

From 163 South:

  • Exit at University Ave and continue south on Sixth Avenue.
  • Cross Juniper Road, continue past Balboa Park.
  • Turn right at Elm Street — we’re right across from the parking lot!

From 94 West:

  • Merge onto I-5 North, exit at Sixth Avenue.
  • Head north on Sixth Avenue and turn left at Elm St.
