Partnerships

With Equip Human Solutions, our parent company, we have a vast nationwide network and are ready and willing to address the current workforce needs in healthcare and beyond. We seek organizations like yours to partner with and help revitalize the trades and rebuild communities. We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration and support within and beyond our own community. Recognizing the evolving workforce landscape and the increasing demands for skilled professionals, we are committed to extending our resources and expertise to support other organizations in addressing their workforce needs. Through strategic partnerships and initiatives, we aim to facilitate skill development, training, and job placement opportunities to empower individuals and strengthen industries. By working together, we can create a more resilient and dynamic workforce that thrives in today’s ever-changing environment.

The recent Ron Siegel Radio Show highlighted an inspiring discussion with Damien Weston, who shared Equip Human Solutions’ innovative approach to tackling workforce challenges. Through powerful partnerships with organizations like the San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC), Equip is creating sustainable solutions that bridge gaps between businesses, job seekers, and communities. By allocating 2% of business revenue towards scholarships and resources in the name of partner companies, Equip ensures businesses actively contribute to workforce revitalization while gaining community recognition. This collaborative effort not only provides businesses with tailored staffing solutions but also empowers individuals with career-focused training and support, including healthcare, construction, and IT programs. The radio segment serves as a testament to the transformative power of partnerships in building stronger, more resilient communities.
